| In order to administer the finances of the School with excellence we want to remind you of the following: | |
| 1. | All fees charged to the school fee account are due and payable in advance by the 7th of the month. For example the fees for December are due by the 7th of December. Statements with outstanding balances are sent home before the last day of each month. Our preference is that fees are paid by debit order. Should you wish to make use of this facility please contact our office for the necessary forms. If for any reason you are unable to pay your account timeously, please contact the accounts office. |
| 2. | The annual charge for school is spread over 12 monthly charges for your convenience and assistance. Please pay promptly for the holiday periods including December. |
| 3. | After the 7th of each month a letter will go out reminding you of outstanding amounts. Accounts not paid within 30 days will result in your child/children automatically being placed under probationary status at the school. |
| 4. | Accounts unpaid after 60 days become subject to interest of 2% per month calculated from the due date. This is standard business practice. |
| 5. | If you wish to remove your child from the school, one full term's notice is required in writing. You will be responsible for payment of the school fees for this period even if the child leaves before the notice period is up. |
